Hide Empty Ship Habs

Hides the empty habs from the ship builder in the nicest way possible. Probably also fixes StarUI Ship Builder (with the base game).
Tired of those pesky "Empty" habs cluttering your ship builder and bringing you down? End the emptiness and fill your ship with REAL habs, none of that empty stuff 😝.
PC Users with StarUI Ship Builder: StarUI must be acquired from Nexus and installed separately This is not a guaranteed or long-term fix. If Starfield is updated with more content from mid-masters, or you use mid-master creations / plugins containing ship components, StarUI will probably break again.
ANY records from a "mid master" creation / plugin will break their containing category in StarUI. Avoid or disable mid masters if you still encounter issues.
