OmegaTech M-96 Mattock Beowulf

This is my next mod (soon to be many) testing out the Starfield Creation Kit, and the best way i though is to try to make some of my favorite weapon archetype from Mass Effect. So i pick The M-96 Mattock rifle, this powerful rifle is a semi-automatic hybrid weapon with an assault rifle's low heat production and a sniper rifle's punch. With the Beowulf platform in a compact frame. this reimagining of this M-96 Mattock rifle, the location at New Atlantis in the Lodge in the basement in the room with the constellation spacesuit.

Legendary Rifle Perks

Instigating: Deals double damage to targets with full health.

Hitman:=+15% damage while aiming.

Shattering: Break through even the strongest armor
