Standalone Scarf for Any Spacesuit

You can find the STANDALONE SCARF IN A CHEST behind the SHIP VENDOR IN CYDONIA, it can also be purchased in shops in New Atlantis.
The scarf is made with the Starborn Spacesuits in mind, but if you wanna edit it to fit other suits/apparel, be my guest.
Either way, you can wear it over pretty much any suit, just might have some clipping issues.
Everything in this mod is a standalone item.
Also added several craftable skins for the scarf, for you to customize as you see fit!
