Powers Effect Remover

My attempt to revive the Effect Remover mod that a few people at least can't seem to get working through the CC. What this mod does is remove the Imagespace Modifiers that powers have and the Rejuvenation skill's visual effect. Imagespace Modifiers, or IMOD for short, are basically filters that adjust the presentation of what you see.

If something doesn't work or isn't to the full scope of the original mod, just reply to my reply post on reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/Starfield/comments/1x76db7/any_working_visual_effects_remover_mods_for/
