Safe Water for Akila!

===Description=== Don't you find it strange that the capital of the Freestar Collective is not only on a dust bowl of a planet, with hostile wildlife and minimal vegetation, but that the water itself is harmful to human life? Was Solomon Coe off his meds when he founded the capital there?

Not anymore with this mod. Simply put, the water on the planet Akila is made safe for swimming, drinking, playing water sports (if applicable). I feel that this change better suits a capital planetary choice, as well as making plain old common sense from a human habitation point of view.

===Installation instructions=== Simply download and install. For manual installs, extract to your Steam/steamapps/common/Starfield/data folder.

===Compatibility/On Save Games=== Safe to install mid-game, and should be fully compatible with most mods (except those which directly affect the Akila planetary biome).
