In Starfield, afflictions have severity. They range from Poor>Stable>Good>Excellent.
Panacea, in vanilla, has a magnitude of two for every affliction it treats. This mod makes it four, which is more than the required 3 that it takes to even reach Excellent prognosis. So even if the documentation that I've read everywhere is lying about Poor being the lowest prognosis - this will bring it to max. No matter what.
This does NOT remove the visual effect of taking the drug or the stamina drain effect. You are welcome to make your own mod that does that. It will conflict with mine however!
