New Atlantis Lights On

Let there be Lights! This mod adds lights to the windows of New Atlantis. They will turn on at night and turn off after sunrise. Perfect for your night living and photo opportunities.

The current implementation does not have LOD variations, which is something I plan to look into in the future, so the lights will disappear after a certain distance.

This is a redux of my old Nexus mod with the new Creation Kit, and I was able to make it act with the day/night cycle using GlassCleanOpaque_ExternalEmittance01.mat and Material Swap.
