Better Quality - Terran Armada

--Linear progression in the quality of weapons and spacesuits.

INFORMATION

Now that it's possible to improve the quality and add legendary effects to equipment in a vanilla way, this mod was no longer necessary, but I will keep two of its features.

Weapon damage now scales more linearly (excluding "Exceptional" quality), offering more consistent progression and a better sense of improvement.

This will result in some weapons dealing more damage in later stages, while a few will see a slight reduction to balance the progression, as vanilla progression feels somewhat uneven.

(Once implemented) more equipment tiers will be added up to quality "10", allowing for much more powerful weapons in the late game.
