Evasive Stealth Drive Fix

'Evasive Stealth Drive' ship equipment works by applying an Invisibility magic effect topped off by a Void Form shader (separate entities but in a same form record), which tends to cause crashes with larger ships since shader is applied not on per-ship, but on per-module basis. If the number of modules is too high, the runtime can't handle the load. This mod removes said shader application from the equipment's magic effect and fixes its description in ship builder menu.
