My other mod is called Rebalanced Explosives, you can get it seperately on creations, or if you use Nexus you can download Weapons and Explosives Rebalanced which has both of them at this address https://www.nexusmods.com/starfield/mods/15172?tab=description

Make sure to DL both files for all the changes. I do not recommend using other mods that alter the DPS of weapons or explosives along with mine. You will have problems if you do. I have not touched any weapons from Terran Armada, and I don't plan to. I have only adjusted weapons from Vanilla and Shattered Space. I have not touched the VaRuun vortex grenades. This mod is simple. It does not alter levelled lists, vendor lists, no custom assets, does not use scripts, and does not alter crafting or weapon mods at the weapons work bench in any way. It should be safe to install or uninstall it at any time, and it should work anywhere in the load order. I would love to hear feedback regarding heavy weapons and explosives. I'm sure you will find that the gunplay is fair and balanced. Enjoy!!

The purpose of this mod is to improve gameplay by making all weapons useful for something. Smaller caliber weapons are more lethal, and over powered weapons less godlike. All of the guns which shoot the same ammo type will now do comparable DPS. Small caliber sidearms have better armor penetration, and higher critical hit chance. Shotguns and Hand Cannons will now slightly stagger enemies giving them the effect of ' stopping power'. New characters will be able to find entry level weapons earlier on to survive, while higher level characters will have to apply mods and acquire higher tier weapons to take on tougher enemies.

Initially when creating this mod i researched real world ammo types and adjusted the DPS of the weapons depending on the diameter of the bullets, caliber, and estimated muzzle length by comparison. The result is that the weapons are more realistic then Vanilla, but it is a game so I also adjusted to make the weapons usable in game. Vanilla does provide ways to diversify the weapons for intent using weapons mods, so I left it alone. You could possibly use mods that add or edit weapon mods at the bench, but if they have adjusted the weapon damages the mods will conflict.

I increased the DPS of most heavy weapons but they are not all equal. I might still tune up the Mini Guns, Starstorm, Arc Welder, and Rivet gun because I still think they are too weak, I'm still testing them. I've also increased the DPS of settled system lazer weapons so the difference is not so drastic compared to VaRuun lazers. The Inflictor was stupid overpowered, however in Vanilla it never had piercing capabilities so you may have found that it bounced right off of armored characters. Andrejas default inflictor does have piercing like a kinetic bullet. So, because the inflictor is a kinetic as well as an energy weapon, I added piercing to it, but nerfed the over all power. You will find it to be less strong against unarmored enemies, and more damaging against armored enemies. It's more well rounded and still reliable, but will not be the god weapon it was before.

Most weapons only have minor changes made to them, and some of them I have not touched. I gave special attention to Laredo weapons because they were simply terrible in Vanilla. For as much bragging as the Freestar Collective does about them, they were grossly under powered. All of the Laredo weapons will now do comparable damage to the other branded weapons in game. Most notably is the Coachman. In Vanilla the Coachman was woefully underpowered. The power of it now reflects the huge bang and will damage enough to justify it's constant reloading. It is a long barrel shot gun after all. The Coachman can be a new Starborns best friend for quite a while in game with this mod. Loads of fun. You can now pick up a Lawgiver as a viable early sniper rifle, and the Regulator, Tombstone and Rattler are nail drivers.

The rest of the weapons only needed minor tweaks. The AA-99 should now do comparable damage to the Drumbeat. I like to set it up as a mid range semi auto sniper rifle. Anyways, without listing all the tweaks, I can honestly say I will not play this game without my mod. LOL

EXPLOSIVES ARE FIXED!!!! There are so many Guns mods I think most will appreciate my Explosives mod more than this one. Try it out, "Explosives Rebalanced".

You should now be able to play with the full spectrum of Starfield weapons and increase the variety of your arsenal. Gone are the days of ruling the cosmos with nothing but an Inflictor. Sorry for that...... LOL

If any of you come across any weapons that you feel are too strong or weak, I'd like to hear about it.
