Davefield - No legendary popup card

What is it?
Removes the popup card when looting legendary items, but leaves it for skill magazines at a reduced timer.
Incompatabilities?
Anything else changing fanfaremenu(_lrg).swf
Safe to remove mid game?
As safe as it can be, the esm is a dummy, so only a shift in LO position.

Makes the Chronomark watch visible on your left wrist, as it always should have been. Also equips the watch on other specific members of Constellation.

Place the doors yourself, as many as you want and where you want, the Shipbuilder will no longer do this.
