Free Lanes Spacesuit fix

The Shocktroop Spacesuit and the Extreme Temperature Entry Spacesuit set were not updated with Free Lanes to allow tier 4 legendary upgrades. This fixes that. If these are officially fixed later you should be able to uninstall this with no issues.
Also allows the Extreme Temperature Entry Spacesuit set to spawn at Superior at appropriate levels.
Issue originally found by Woodersun.
