Details: This is a replacer mod. There will be no option to craft this at the workbench. It is simply the new outfit for the security guards of Trident Luxury Lines (the one the guards on the Siren of the Stars wear during the quest that leads you there). Therefore you get it the same way as the original uniform. Ask google if you don't know how. I don't remember either. No body morphs yet, so for really large characters you might get some clipping.
