Hi there! This is a patch for DownfallNemesis' amazing Trait Starter Homes mod to allow the player to disable/enable all of the decor via three buttons: one for decor and two for both mannequin body types. The kitchen counter is not removed and the clutter items on the counter are now set as static but can still be picked up. Have fun!

PLEASE READ

Remove all items from containers or mannequins before activating the 'disable' button or you will lose your items!
I replaced Nem's mannequins with default vanilla mannequins so I could enable/diable them independently. If you forgot, Nem's Mannequins can still be accessed by using the tcl (no clip) command: I just moved them outside the cell (or below the floor in Gagarin).
