Elemental Armor - Legendary Module Recycler Patch

Compatibility patch for Elemental Armor Legendary Effects (kylemullet) for use with the Legendary Module Recycler (JonathanOstrus).
Adds full recycler support for all elemental armor legendary effects:
- Voltaic -- remove, craft, and re-apply at spacesuit workbenches (3 cores)
- Blizzard -- remove, craft, and re-apply at spacesuit workbenches (2 cores)
- Miasma -- remove, craft, and re-apply at spacesuit workbenches (2 cores)
All three modules are available from the recycler vendor and in boss chests.

- Elemental Armor Legendary Effects (kylemullet)
- Legendary Module Recycler (JonathanOstrus)
