Worlds Apart Quest Fix

This fix modifies the Worlds Apart quest to correct an issue with the quest failing to start after talking with Barrett. The fix assumes you have gottent to the point where Barrett wants to talk to you about acquiring a power.
Tested on NG+ with Barrett at the lodge and unassigned.
