So this might be small and nothing but i was always bothered that when i landed in Akila at night and looked over the city from my Flight Deck that the lights around The Rock would appear and dissappear when panning over the city.
I took the simplest route i knew how and simply just removed all the lights around The Rock.
Look at it like a Seat Of Power Shrouded In Darkness orso.
Have the same kinda flickering at Neon so also trying some stuff there got rid of like 95% of the flickering lights and tried to cover up the rest.
