For all of you "Rocket Jockeys" in the UC out there! (The only way to get the well apartment is by becoming a UC citizen through joining the UC Vanguard and progressing quite a bit into the questline before being able to purchase the well apartment).

Experience an extended and rebuilt, overhauled apartment in the well! Built from the ground up and reworked beyond recognition, you may find that this resembles a UC apartment for an established Vanguard member. The stove can be used for cooking food (all other workstations have been removed) and very little to no clutter. Upstairs you'll find a terminal with log entries roleplaying as the player (maybe). The wall safe, weapon rack display and weapon rack itself as well as the terminal to unlock them have been moved upstairs along with two spacesuit display cases. The bathroom has been remodeled and a full size bed along with a footlocker (storage crate) are upstairs as well.

You'll find a UC Security bot roaming the main floor as well as a sanitation minibot. Decorations are full on UC :)
