[Included] A New Character Preset [Preset-03] 1,850 Carry Weight [Total 2,000] Tiny Boost To Stats Personal locker with some startup items and a outfit

[Location] Inside the Vectera Mining Facility, when you wake up and are free to move head to the locker room before leaving. Inside will be your personal locker with your stuff you brought with you to the job.

[Developer Notes] I made this so I didn't have to download another mod for carry weight and wanted a starter pack with a tiny boost to my stats. [This is only up for those who'd want the same, it's not for everyone.]
