Simple Ship Crew Command Skill

This mod adjusts the Ship command skill to increase the amount of crew you can assign with each level.
Without the perk, you can assign the standard 3x crew members,
At rank 1 you can assign 10x crew
at rank 2 you can assign 25x crew
at rank 3 you can assign 50x crew
at rank 4 you can assign 100x crew
