Megatherium - Starborn Sword

Updated 10/31/25 The Megatherium — the giant ground sloth — lived during the Pleistocene epoch, which lasted from about 2.6 million to 11,700 years ago.

It once roamed parts of South America and went extinct near the end of the Pleistocene.

This sword was said to have been crafted by the first Starborn, whose identity is known only to the creators. Forged from Megatherium bones and mysterious metals gathered in undiscovered systems, it remains a weapon of legend.

Upgrade to the Starborn blade and handle to wield the power of the first starborn.

The Megatherium Sword is wielded by some Starborn, and can also be purchased conveniently at any Trade Authority vendor.
