High Res Furniture - Achievement Friendly

Retexture of a significant portion of the common furniture in the game. Does not include some furniture that's specific to certain cities, which I will be including in the city modules I release later on. Biggest improvement is to woodgrain and patterned furniture. Less improvement to plastics, which don't have a lot to start with.

Original textures were nearly all 1K with a few in 512 resolution. Now textures are a mix of 4K and 2K, with Xbox version having maximum of 2K for normal and B&W maps.

Textures only. Should be safe to add and remove mid-save.
