This mod adds the animation for console use to two ship appropriate chairs

Ever get tired of seeing your crew members sitting in front of a console, just lounging around and looking bored with life? You paid good money to have these people onboard your ship doing some actual work, not daydreaming about where their next Chunks™ might be coming from.
So what can you do? You can't throw them out of the airlock, because that's probably illegal and possibly even taking things a bit too far. Also, Sarah hates that.
Install this mod and finally see your investment pay dividends. No longer will your crew just be waiting for the next shift change. Now they will be doing... stuff. Pressing buttons! Pointing fingers! Looking for more buttons to press! You'll see the value of every single credit you spent and be able to rest easy knowing your ship's systems are well tended to.
A little dramatic perhaps but that's about the gist of it. Select the chair from the build menu (under Furniture), place it in front of a console, sit back and watch as work gets done. There's one Nova Galactic style chair and one Stroud/Deimos type so far and they require the same resources to build as regular, cr*ppy chairs. Nothing of value is free after all.
