Mag Weapon Crosshairs

Crosshairs for Mag weapons.

I really like the Mag weapons, but aiming with the lasers in 3rd person is difficult. So I replaced them with a crosshair.
- Pulse, Shear, and Shot changed.
- Magstorm and Magsniper remain unchanged.
