Mercury Tower Penthouse Remodel and Unfurnished

After completing the UC Vanguard missions, you are awarded a newly remodeled penthouse. This unfurnished mod allows you the freedom to decorate it to your own liking. For those who prefer a ready-made option, I will also be creating a furnished version. This mod should not conflict with anything other than another mod that affects the penthouse as well. Enjoy your new, customizable space!
There are NPC markers on both balconies and an outfit in the armory.
Update001 some light fixes and cleaning up a bit.
