Disable NPC Collision

Lets you walk through NPCs. Especially nice on your ship so Companions & Crew won't block you anymore. There is times you can't walk through NPCs usually if they are interacting with objects or in a group talking to each other. My main focus was being able to walk through my ship and not get blocked by my Companions & Crew. I THINK this also stops NPCs from pushing you while in conversations.
Might make melee a little more difficult as you can pass through NPCs now. Still more then possible from my testing just might need to alter your play style a little.
