'Hundred Ships

This mod increases the number of ships you can own from 10 to 100. I have NO idea if this is a good idea, but if this works, and you guys want to have more, I'd be willing to do more.
For those of you with access to the Creation Kit, I have included the game setting's location in a screenshot. The game setting window can be accessed throught Gameplay>Settings.
