Crowd Gun Fear

A successor of the Scared of Shootings mod. Made from scratch in the Creation Kit.

I found it unrealistic and immersion breaking when discharging your firearms doesn't scare let alone startle people in cities, so you know what? This mod makes it so that they do get scared!

Oh, and don't worry the Security won't exactly fine you for it, but they will "frown" you just like how they "frown" you for driving cars in cities! And nobody will care if you are using the Cutter, so miners are okay!

Something to note: Discharging firearms away from public areas will sometimes not startle people. Its mainly only if you are closeby (in cities) when firing then it will scare people.

Certain areas like the Astral Lounge will not startle people. Probably because they are in Aurora.

Main difference when compared to the Scared of Shootings mod: You don't incur a bounty when discharging firearms and grenades.

This is a small master mod file, so it doesn't take up a slot.
