Legacy of the Fang - Gear Chest

Adds a chest near where you turn in the quest, "Legacy of the Fang", which contains all of the Fang's gear.
Apparently I learned that the only way to get this gear is to wait for a random encounter of the Fang and then kill them. Since my character is aligned with House Va'ruun I did not want to have to kill this character to get the gear, so I added a master locked chest to steal the gear from instead.
The gear inside the chest should be the best version regardless of what level your character is.
