Stroud Premium Edition AF is the Achievement Friendly version of Stroud Premium Edition. This mod adds over 100 new Stroud-style modules in total to enhance your shipbuilding experience. In addition to the new habs, SPE also adds a new showroom in New Atlantis, right next to the Viewport.
IMPORTANT WARNING: SPE-AF IS NOT COMPATIBLE with SPE, so you should not load both mods at the same time. If you wish to upgrade from the free version to the AF version, please follow these steps carefully:
- Remove all SPE modules from all your ships.
- Take one of these ships and go into Jemison orbit.
- DO NOT LAND IN NEW ATLANTIS! STAY IN ORBIT
- Quit your game and change your load order.
- Unload all SPE patches: THEY ARE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THE AF VERSION
- None of these patches will be made for the AF version because any patch will disable your achievements, so there's no point in creating patches.
- Exit and restart your game
- Load your save
- Enjoy the SPE showroom in New Atlantis to add SPE habs back to your ships.
If you don't want to remove all the habs from your ship, keep the free version, THERE ARE NO DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE TWO MODS. Stroud Premium Edition will remain free. This paid version only exists because players have asked for it. All the features of the AF version are also available in the original mod.
What's included: The full list of SPE modules is available on the original mod page and also directly from the SPE showroom in New Atlantis. But to summarise: custom companion rooms, completely redone 2x1 modules, completely redone 2x2 modules, 2x2 hangars, 20 new messhalls (2x3 and 3x2) with 3 different models, utility modules such as elevators, stairs, ramps, dividers, etc. All custom modules have custom 3D models made by SPE's 3D artist. The mod also includes a New Atlantis showroom with NPCs, shipbuilders, Easter Eggs and more.

Fixed the script managing the gameplay options: fixed a bug in the brig 1x1 where potted plants were not removed by doors when the GpO was toggled.

Staircases. That is all. I can't imagine building multi-deck ships without them now. The only (minor) ding I have against some of the modules is that the fixed position clutter doesn't totally jive with the way Bethesda typically designs interior spaces. That said, they have a really good vibe overall. One which fits well with the NASApunk aesthetic. Less "mod" than "BGS+".
