This patch allows you to craft and enhance the Novastrike Sniper weapon, the Vulture Dustwear and the Vulture Veteran Duelwear once you have completed the "The Vulture" quest for the Tracker's Alliance.
Note: Make sure that Tracker's Alliance: The Vulture loads BEFORE any DarkStar mods. Note 2: Make sure that this patch loads AFTER any DarkStar mods.
