Remove Hidden Player Unity Penalties

The base Starfield.esm includes a hidden Perk that reduces player damage dealt and increases incoming damage received based on the number of times you've entered the Unity (capped at 10). This is an inclusion intended to help with challenge and balance in NG+ playthroughs, but it can also make enemies more bullet spongey depending on your difficulty. It's also odd from a lore perspective, as you have examples of beings like the Hunter who attained godlike power after going through the Unity many times.
This mod simply removes the damage scaling entries from the Perk 'PlayerUnityDmgPerk' so you can go be the transdimensional hero or tyrant you always wanted to be.
Mod Conflicts Any mod that modifies the Perk 'PlayerUnityDmgPerk' will conflict with this mod. In such an event, the last mod in the load order will take priority.
