Signs in the Starfield

Capturing the signs that welcome or warn explorers in the Starfield.

Another sign for the collection: Kay's House in The Well under New Atlantis.

Wish you got a Ron Hope scenario with Bayu.

Chunks menu sign in Akila City. Mmmm, tasty chunks. :D

Chunks with sauce?! No way!

Sign for the Ranger outpost at Neon. Interestingly, there's only one ranger assigned to this location but the sign suggests it would be their galactic HQ (which is actually The Rock in Akila City).

Poster at The Den advertising Sextant shield products for your ship.

The UC logo as seen at the Vanguard station inside The Den (space station in Wolf system).

Newill's Goods - a general store in Neon run by a husband and wife that struggle to operate above the board in a city where corruption and bribes are how you get ahead.

The Mining League store in Neon - where they have no mines. The owner is the nicest you'll run across in the game.

Legrades Liquors store in Neon - home of several specialty drinks and a quest giver for any would-be smugglers.

Proud martian mining history at Cydonia. Many decades of wear and tear are visible on the safety signs.

Trade Authority's sign in Akila City.

Trade Authority's sign in Cydonia.

The place to get your minerals in Akila City.

Another Terran Armada propaganda poster.

The main general store in Akila City. "How about I show you instead of tell you."

Robot propaganda poster - one of many you'll run across when exploring the Terran Armada locations.

Terran Armada banner when you first visit the production facility. This still looks brand new, but the rest of the place is a mess.

Laredo store in Akila City - where every space cowboy should be buying firearms.

Anchor Point star station signage seen from the outside of the station immediately after docking with it.

Sign above the bar at the Anchor Point star station.

Sign for Trident Luxury Lines on star ship, The Opulence of the Stars.

Opulence of the Stars cruise ship has many screens with this screen saver showing when you must board it. I like the added detail of the "voyage completion" progress bar at the top - almost 3/4 done with their cruise when tragedy strikes.

Bad day to work for Trident when the Terrans have a target on your ship.
